Crina Iordache – Vice-President and Treasurer
Hiii!!!
I’m Crina Iordache, born and raised in Bucharest, Romania, and now studying International Economics and Business Economics in the Netherlands. This year, I have the honor of being WBN’s Vice President and Treasurer!
My role involves representing WBN in partnerships with companies, fostering connections with organizations ranging from global corporations to government institutions, and managing the organization’s finances. Beyond WBN, I’m passionate about fashion, traveling, watching F1, and spending time with friends. I can’t wait to see what this year has in store!
Radha Ganesh Nair – Events Manager
Hi everyone! I’m Radha, the Social Events Director of WBN. My goal is to bring our community closer through meaningful, fun, and engaging events. From networking drinks to creative workshops, I love planning and organising events.
I’m a second-year IBEB student at Erasmus University, actively involved in student life. I represent my university as a Student Ambassador and lead the IBEB Committee at EFR. This year, I’m excited to bring fresh ideas to WBN and create unforgettable experiences for our members!
Defne Ece Özyiğit – Marketing Director
Hi everyone! My name is Defne Ece Özyiğit. I’m from İstanbul, Türkiye, and currently in my second year of International Business Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam. This is my second year with WBN—last year, I was part of the Events Committee, and now I’m the Marketing Director of the Women’s Business Network. In this role, I oversee all marketing campaigns and digital channels.
Together with my committee, we work on our monthly newsletter, the “Her Story” podcast, content for our YouTube channel, and the design and development of our website and merch. You’ll also see us capturing moments at events! Recently, we launched our TikTok account as well. Our main goal is to strengthen WBN’s branding and positioning.
Outside of my studies and WBN, I enjoy going to the gym, running, and watching all kinds of sports (huge Fenerbahçe fan!). Hope to see you soon—either at one of our events or as part of our committees!
Olga Musial – Programme Director
Hello! My name is Olga Musiał and I was born and raised in Poland. This year I am pursuing my second year of International Business Administration bachelor degree and I am also overseeing WBN Mentorship Programme as the Programme Director!
In this role, I am responsible for overseeing the outreach to the mentors, recruitment of the mentees, management of the programme as well as supporting the organisation of mentorship events. This year we also started a Mentorship Instagram where, we share all important information and promote the programme. The initiative aiming to bridge the gender gap and facilitate professional and personal development for ambitious female students is truly inspiring. It is an honour to contribute to it!
Martina Doubková – Business Events Director
Hi, I’m Martina and I am the Business Events Director at the Women’s Business Network. As someone interested in finance and tech, I am aware of the differences between the opportunities provided for young women compared to men. Together with my committee we organise various workshops, in-house days, lectures and networking events to provide young ambitious women with the skills and opportunities needed to break into male-dominated fields.
