Khushi Sinha President

Hello! I’m delighted to introduce myself as the President at the Women’s Business Network, where we are dedicated to empowering women and others interested in the professional field. My name is Khushi, and I’m 21 years old from Poland and India, pursuing a degree in BSc Economics and Business Economics here at Erasmus University Rotterdam.

As President, my role encompasses oversight and management of the association. It’s all about creating opportunities for aspiring female entrepreneurs, strategizing our initiatives and ensuring the smooth running if this organization. I am committed to coordinating the activities that WBN undertakes, that will help our members thrive in the world of business. Together with my remarkable board, we aim to make this association a hub of inspiration, networking, and professional growth. I encourage you to join us in this exciting journey, as we work to break barriers and redefine success. Stay connected through our channels, and feel free to reach out!

Siya Abusaria – Vice President

Hello! My name is Siya Abusaria and I am 20 years old. I was born in India and raised in Singapore, and now I’m in the Netherlands pursuing a Double Bachelor’s degree in Econometrics and Economics. It’s an honour to be the Vice President and Treasurer of WBN this year!

My main responsibilities include representing WBN to our corporate partners, establishing collaborations and strong relationships with organisations ranging from multinationals to government agencies, and of course, handling WBN’s finances. Besides my involvement with WBN, I love travelling, exploring new cuisines and experiences, and spending time with my family and friends. I’m looking forward to the exciting year ahead – see you at our events!

Natalia Słowińska – Events Manager

Hi! My name is Natalia Słowińska, I’m 20 years old and Polish. I am in my second year of bachelor’s in International Business Administration and I’m the Events Manager of WBN for the academic year 2023-2024!

My tasks include brainstorming and organising career, social and community-building events, reaching out to potential speakers and venues, and making sure that the execution of the events is of top quality. I also supervise the events committee which helps me with these responsibilities. Apart from WBN and study-related interests, I love fashion, travelling and exploring new cultures, as well as going out with my friends and family. I can’t wait to see what this year will bring, great things ahead!

Elena Bistagnino – Marketing Manager

Hi! My name is Elena Bistagnino and I am 19 years old. I was born and raised in Italy but moved to Luxembourg when I was 13. Now I am currently doing my second year in International Business Administration here in Rotterdam. I am excited to be the Marketing Manager at Women’s Business Network for this academic year and can’t wait for all the exciting projects coming ahead.

In this role, I am in charge of sponsoring and promoting the events on all social media platforms including Instagram and LinkedIn, reaching a wider audience and ensuring that as many people as possible know WBN at Erasmus University and our mission. On the side of my studies and WBN responsibilities, I absolutely love running and being active, hanging out with my friends and traveling. I am thrilled to meet new people and spread WBN’s values at all the upcoming events!

Eliza Spee Programme Manager

My name is Eliza Spee, a Dutch IBA graduate and current MSc Marketing Management student. This year, I will take on the role of Programme Manager at WBN. It means that I will be responsible for WBN’s flagship initiative: the WBN Mentorship Programme.

The initiative aims to bridge the gap between the university and the work floor by hosting mentoring sessions between mentees and mentors. The pairs could opt for both personal and professional guidance and should aim to establish a bond of support and trust. My main aim is to have the programme function smoothly, thereby ensuring meaningful relationships between the pairs and hosting events surrounding the initiative that contribute to the guidance provided by the mentors.

Regina Csóti Media Manager

Hi everyone! My name is Regina Csóti, I’m Hungarian and I am currently completing a master’s degree in Marketing Management at Erasmus University Rotterdam. I’m the Media Manager this academic year and I cannot wait to work on all the exciting projects I see ahead!

In this role, I am the one behind creating part of the visual content for social media (especially photos of our events), designing and developing the website, creating and sending out newsletters to update our community, and managing activities connected to the podcast. The main goal of the media committee is to support the digital backbone of the association: it thrives to create and maintain communication channels in a creative way to provoke thoughts, foster meaningful connections, and promote social and professional opportunities. Apart from committee-related interests, I love travelling, visiting museums, reading, yoga and going out with my friends. Hope to see you soon at one of our events or in one of our committees!
